These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CO2 Tree ("we," "us," or "our") services, including subscriptions for "Big Webshops" and "Small Webshops." By purchasing our subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Description

We offer two types of subscriptions:

  • Monthly trees
  • Yearly trees

3.2 Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected during purchase.
  • Payment must be made in advance.
  • Prices are subject to change, and you will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.

3.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

4. User Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by us, including but not limited to designs, graphics, and text, is our property and may not be used without explicit permission.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid for your subscription during the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NL.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
